Recruitment of Temporary StaffPeople Finders aim to provide a seamless transition between your own staff and a temporary, for any short or long term contracts.Our Commitment People Finders Ltd is a corporate member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC). An ‘out of hours’ service, accessed through the office telephone number is available to deal with emergency staffing problems. All temporary members of staff will be properly equipped and highly trained to meet your specific needs immediately. Rates Hourly rates are negotiated before the start of any contract, and are dependent on the duties which the temporary worker is expected to carry out, the duration of the contract and location etc. People Finders Ltd takes care of all Tax, National Insurance and holiday payments for temporary workers and all associated administration. Invoices are calculated per quarter-hour and sent out weekly, with 14 days to pay. 'Temp to Perm' You have the option to pay a fee for taking your temporary on permanently, or alternatively you can extend their hire period.
