Recruitment of Permanent Staff

People Finders aims to provide an efficient and cost-effective recruitment package for all grades of staff.

Initial Consultation between Client and Agency
When a permanent vacancy arises, a nominated consultant will visit your Company in order to ascertain a job specification and take details to determine the appropriate Agency procedures for the particular vacancy. Where appropriate, a job-specific personality profile will be completed by the appropriate member of your staff, to be used to make comparisons with prospective candidate profiles.

Advertisement of Vacancies
If required and with your permission, your Consultant will prepare and place advertisements in appropriate publications, incorporating any preferred copy style where necessary. People Finders’ address and telephone number will be used in any advertisement for prospective candidates, along with your Consultant’s name as a point of contact.

Pre-selection Procedures
Candidates are invited to register their interest in advertised vacancies by telephoning People Finders Ltd or sending copies of relevant documentation (cv, certificates, etc) to our office. We confirm candidates’ ID and eligibility to work in the UK. Your nominated Consultant would then assess the prospective candidate according to the following criteria:
  • Previous experience
  • Enthusiasm and motivation for the particular type of work
  • Employment status and salary expectations
  • Knowledge of your company
  • General communication skills
Initial Interview
All data received in response to advertisements is collated and reviewed in relation to specific job specifications provided (following consultation between the Client and People Finders Ltd). Pre-selected candidates are then invited to attend interview at People Finders Ltd offices and during this interview your Consultant will assess the following for each candidate:
  • Presentation and demeanor
  • Relevant experience and skills
  • Leadership and motivation
  • Ambition and desire for development
  • Suitability for employment within your company
  • Level of literacy and numeracy
  • Computerised psychometric personality profiling for comparison with vacancy–specific profile.
Assessment
Information is collated and a detailed assessment of each candidate is produced. Assessments are cross-matched for the job specification and your individual requirements. References are taken up for candidates, either by telephone or, if time permits, in writing and any further checks you may require are carried out. Only when an acceptable match is found will we introduce a candidate to you with a view to progressing to the next stage of the recruitment process.

Final Selection
A short list of candidates is prepared for consideration. All candidate information accumulated by your Consultant during pre-selection, interview and assessment can be made available to assist in your final selection. Your Consultant will be available at any time during the final selection process.

Fees
