The Recruitment Process
Once you have expressed an interest in registering with us, we will encourage you to arrange an informal interview with one of our fully qualified Recruitment Consultants. At this point we will take up references for you, but under no circumstances will we contact your current employer unless you have specifically given your permission. Once references have been received, you will be considered fully registered with us, and we will be in contact with you with the details of any assignments which match your skills, experience and personal preferences. With your consent, we will also proactively market your experience to specially targeted clients, to further assist your employment prospects.

When offering you an assignment, we will not give you any misleading information about any aspect of the position. There is no obligation to accept any assignment. You are also free to terminate temporary contracts at any time. You can rest assured that your personal details will remain private and will only be given out to clients with your permission. While working for People Finders, temporary workers will receive statutory holiday, sickness and maternity/paternity pay etc. once the criteria are met.
