Your interviewer will already be interested in your skills and experience as they will have seen your CV; it is at this stage you must convince him/her that you are the best candidate for the position. Try not to view your interview as a test. It is as much an opportunity for you to assess how compatible you are with the company, the position and your potential colleagues as it a chance for your interviewer to assess your suitability from their perspective.
