Achieving REC Audited

People Finders are delighted to announce that we are currently working towards achieving Audited Status from the recruitment industry's governing body, the Recruitment & Employment Confederation. REC Audited offers independent validation from an accredited audit firm that People Finders are complying with the law and working to the strict standards set out by the REC Code of Good Practice. In simple terms, it is iron-clad proof to our clients and candidates that we are consistently committed to high recruitment standards. To date there are only 33 agencies in the UK who are REC Audited, and People Finders hopes to be one of the first in Scotland to gain this key industry achievement.
